The goal of the Eagle Power strength and conditioning program is to provide athletes the means by which they may train consistently, sensibly and systematically over designated periods of time. It will be done in a safe, clean, and professional environment in order to help prevent injury and improve athletic performance.
The program is specifically tailored to teach strength training and conditioning concepts to both expienced athletes and to individuals who want to build the foundation for a healthier lifestyle. Activities and instruction are intended to build strength, speed and agility for all athletes regardless of athletic background.
Program consists of olympic lifting, plyometric training and speed/agility training.
